Privacy policy

Privacy-first by architecture

CLUE Report Decoder is designed so your report is processed in your browser, not uploaded to our servers.

What we do not collect

We do not require an account. We do not upload your C.L.U.E. disclosure. We do not store your report, extracted claim rows, letter text, name, address, policy details, vehicle details, or claim amounts.

Local processing

PDF parsing, OCR, claim-code decoding, flagging, and letter generation run in the browser. OCR model files are served as static assets from this site so the report itself does not need to be sent elsewhere for extraction.

Optional contact actions

If you click an attorney-referral or contact link, your email application may open. Sending that email is optional and happens outside this app. Do not send sensitive documents unless you trust the recipient and understand their privacy practices.

Analytics

We measure anonymous usage counts with Google Analytics: page views and coarse product events such as "a report was decoded" (with the detected format and bucketed claim counts), "values were confirmed", and "a letter was downloaded". These events never include the content of your report — no names, addresses, claim or file numbers, amounts, insurer names, or file names. IP anonymization is enabled. Your report itself is parsed locally and is never transmitted to us or to Google.

Your control

Use the Clear data button or close the tab to clear the current browser session. Downloaded letters or CSV files are stored only where your browser saves them.
