High-severity flags may suggest that a consumer attorney consultation could be useful. The app itself does not provide legal advice.
No attorney-client relationship
Using the decoder, viewing a referral card, or sending an inquiry does not create an attorney-client relationship with CLUE Report Decoder or any attorney.
No referral partner, no compensation — today
The attorney card currently links to the National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA) public attorney directory at consumeradvocates.org. We have no relationship with NACA or any attorney, and we receive no compensation of any kind when you use that directory. If a paid referral partnership is ever added, this page will name the partner and describe the compensation before the change goes live.
You choose whether to contact anyone
The referral card is optional. You can use the decoder, export your letter, and mail your dispute without contacting an attorney through this site.
